location scout/ production assistant (temporary)

Magandang araw po sa inyong lahat! We are looking for an enthusiastic person with an eye for content creation to help fill this temporary and part-time position! Please read the job description below and, if you believe you have what it takes, we're excited to hear from you!

You will be responsible for scouting (aka searching) new restaurant locations for Kuya Kurt's YouTube channel. 

These duties include but are not limited to: 

• Search different barangays for locally owned restaurants within the QC, Mandaluyong, Pasig, and Antipolo geographies.
• Ensure potential restaurants match vlog required guidelines (to be provided).
• Obtain verbal or written approval from staff or owners for filming to occur.
• Secure contact information for the restaurant and discuss potential filming dates.

Restaurants must meet certain guidelines for filming to occur. As a location scout and production assistant, you will be responsible for gauging and ultimately deciding the appropriateness of the location. 

These include:

• Proper lighting (natural or artificial).
• Reduced noise pollution (no heavy traffic nearby).
• Appropriate seating area.
• Locally owned and operated.
• Additional requirement to be provided.

There are 3 forms of compensation for this temporary role:

• Travel stipend. A flat fee paid per secured location to cover all costs of travel.
• Scheduling Bonus. Each restaurant that is secured for the YouTube vlog will result in scheduling bonus.
• Production Bonus. Additional bonus for every successfully published YouTube video featured your locations.
